Online Writing Courses
Online writing courses are a convenient way to learn. They are a great option when you don't have time to go to school. Everyday more and more courses are being offered online.
With hundreds of schools and educational institutes offering courses, how do you decide which is best?
Listed below are a few things you should think about before deciding on a school:

One of the first things to decide is the reason for taking the course. Is it to pursue a creative writing degree, or some recognized program? If so, then do your homework. Find out whether the course is recognized by your college and university board.
The second thing you should think about is money. How much money you're willing to spend.
If money is tight think local. Your local colleges and universities should have some courses. I've taken a few myself at college. Plus it's recognized credit towards any program.
One of the last things you might want to look into is references. Find some testimonials to see what fellow students have to say about the school and course.

Remember that taking a course online takes determination. You're the one responsible for your progress. You don’t have a set classroom or a set time to learn, you have to set your own agenda. Writing courses can be fun and rewarding.
